About Us
Since our inception in October of 2019, I have provided lifelong knowledge to young adults through domestic violence awareness and prevention workshops. Ones' adolescent years are a pivotal period of development and self-discovery. For this reason, I believe confidence and knowledge are the two most important foundational principles that, if taught early, encourage wise decision making.

Pain into Purpose encourages people of all backgrounds to repurpose their past. I encourage you to retrain your mind and push through any old ways of thinking to reveal the purpose that it is too often buried under your unique experience. My pain has become my life's purpose, and you can bravely do the same.

Our Mission
Who We Are
The mission of Loving Hearts is to share the warning signs of domestic violence with young adults during their most impressionable years.
When our youth know the warning signs of domestic violence, they become conscious of healthy relationship dynamics and confident in their abilities to identify and avoid potentially dangerous relationships.

PAIN INTO PURPOSE encourages people of all backgrounds to repurpose their past. It is a complement to Loving hearts. My pain has become my life's purpose -- to share what I wish I knew. the purpose of sharing
My experience as a helpline advocate with more than 400 hours of service coupled with my personal vulnerability has inspired me to help young adults reduce their risk of entering a potentially dangerous relationships.

Domestic violence is complex. Some warning signs are hidden, while others are more obvious. Together, we will discuss different scenarios that can help decipher which relationships are worth pursuing.

After studying Fashion Merchandising at FIT, Eleanor graduated from New York University with a MA in International Relations. Eleanor served her community with more than 400 hours as a Helpline Advocate.

As an advocate for domestic violence awareness and prevention, she believes the best way to help survivors is to first prevent them by leading educational and self-reflective workshops.

"I created Pain into Purpose to help women and young adults identify the warnings of domestic violence, to heal from their past, and to encourage you to repurpose your pain for the good of society.
Now, my purpose is to share what I believe could have helped me as a young adult.

As much as I wish the workshops could eliminate the risk of becoming a domestic violence survivor, the unfortunate reality is they cannot. BUT, when knowledge is combined with critical thinking and most importantly, your intuition, the risk is reduced and has the opportunity to be avoided."
